“Irene a great host. She explained the pasta making process very well and was patient with us. Then she cooked the pasta for us and we had lunch along with really good balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and ground black truffle. The only criticism I would give was that the directions to her apartment were not explained well enough. We took the bus and the directions should have said that on the opposite side of the little shopping center there were a group of apartment buildings. That is exactly where we needed to go. That’s why got confused.”

We were amazed by her talent and her heart warming presence. She was an excellent teacher and was just an incredible person to spend the morning with. She served us delicious wine to pair with the incredible pasta dishes she taught us to make. To top it off she surprised us with home made gelato and preserved cherries native to Bologna.
