“The journey out to Pasquale’s was a treat in itself! We would never have seen the beautiful area around Agerola otherwise! We came by scooter and think that is definitely the best way! We learned to make what was described as simple food, but the taste!!! We don’t think we’ll ever be able to replicate the flavours. The simple treat of a tomato straight off the vine wrapped in freshly stretched mozzarella will be imprinted on our tastebuds!! And then with figs!! Delicious! Thank you Pasquale for welcoming us into your home and for sharing your nonna’s skills and the flavours of your labour with us. A special memory indeed.”
